WORKSHOP TITLES No two classes are alike as the level of the class is a very relative thing and the direction the class takes depends so much on the participants.  Every class starts very accessible with exercises for sensitivity and fundamental skills, then a simple concept usually using a familiar step is introduced, next we proceed to more technical aspects with lots of focus on embrace, connection, lead and follow and ending with exciting possibilities and very advanced material for future thought.  Always with humour and lots of class participation along the way.
